El confinamiento (aislamiento social), las restricciones, el estr\u00e9s, la incertidumbre, el miedo a la enfermedad, el impacto en la econom\u00eda, y un sinf\u00edn de p\u00e9rdidas como quiz\u00e1 la p\u00e9rdida del empleo, de contacto con nuestras familias y amigos, la p\u00e9rdida de h\u00e1bitos de salud y de nuestras libertades o, en el peor de los casos, la p\u00e9rdida de un ser querido, nos han llevado a vivir una situaci\u00f3n de duelo permanente <strong>con un alto impacto sobre nuestra salud mental y emocional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por todo ello hemos experimentado, y seguimos haci\u00e9ndolo,<strong> s\u00edntomas emocionales y f\u00edsicos<\/strong> vinculados al duelo como son el shock emocional, el malestar psicol\u00f3gico, la ansiedad, el miedo, la confusi\u00f3n, la negaci\u00f3n, la depresi\u00f3n y\/o la tristeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solemos dar mucha importancia a la salud f\u00edsica y ahora m\u00e1s que nunca en tiempos de COVID-19. Sin embargo, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de \u00e9sta se encuentra la salud mental y emocional y debemos ser conscientes de que no es posible la primera sin la segunda tal y como la OMS lo refleja en su definici\u00f3n de salud (bienestar f\u00edsico, mental y social, y no solamente la ausencia de afecciones o enfermedades.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por este motivo es que, dentro de las empresas, debemos empezar a pensar (si no lo hemos hecho a\u00fan) en el bienestar emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1e9a7c\"><strong><strong><strong>El bienestar emocional en las empresas<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poner el foco en el bienestar de las personas<\/strong> que forman parte de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n se convierte en parte esencial de la estrategia empresarial y deber\u00e1 ser el <strong>reto a trabajar en el corto plazo<\/strong> si se quiere garantizar la sostenibilidad de las empresas, ya que esta sostenibilidad depender\u00e1, en gran parte, de lo <strong>saludables que sean sus plantillas a nivel emocional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nace pues la necesidad de poner en marcha <strong>programas integrales de cuidado de la salud<\/strong>. Y como dijo Lord William Thomson Kelvin <span style=\"color:#582880\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em>\u00abLo que no se&nbsp;define no&nbsp;se&nbsp;puede medir.&nbsp;Lo que no se mide, no se puede mejorar.&nbsp;Lo que no se&nbsp;mejora,&nbsp;se&nbsp;degrada siempre\u201d<\/em>, <\/span><strong>si queremos trabajar el bienestar emocional de nuestros empleados, primero deberemos medirlo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disponer de una buena <strong>herramienta de medici\u00f3n<\/strong> facilitar\u00e1 el diagn\u00f3stico del nivel de bienestar emocional de nuestros empleados y aportar\u00e1 <strong>resultados fiables en base a los marcar objetivos y tomar decisiones<\/strong> sobre los planes de acci\u00f3n a dise\u00f1ar y poner en marcha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Es el momento de conocer el nivel de bienestar de nuestros empleados para ofrecerles propuestas de salud que contribuyan a mejorar su calidad de vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toda crisis abre nuevas oportunidades. Aprovechemos pues esta oportunidad para poner en relieve la importancia de la salud mental y el bienestar emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contribuir a la <strong>mejora de la calidad de vida<\/strong> de los empleados es algo que todas las <strong>empresas socialmente responsables deben tener como objetivo<\/strong> dentro de su estrategia
