Evaluation and promotion of psychological and emotional well-being in the company
According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), psychological disorders (depression, anxiety…) constitute one of the main causes of absenteeism and represent a high cost for companies.
Psychological and emotional well-being directly affects the ability to cope with day-to-day situations and has a direct impact on our ability to develop and perform both in the personal and professional sphere.
Emotional and psychological health interventions should be part of an integrated health and wellness strategy covering prevention, early detection, support, and reintegration and rehabilitation.
As a starting point, we evaluate the welfare state of the workforce through specific questionnaires focused on detecting deviations in each of the employee’s emotional, psychological and physical dimensions.
We provide the company with a digital platform that integrates all support, accompaniment and training services for employees. Among them are: psychological support, specialized workshops on improving well-being, training in managing emotional competencies and coaching.
